How do I buy Stoner products online?

CLICK on the photo or underlined text as instructed.

YOUR SHOPPING CART page will appear, where you will see the item has been added to your order.  You will also see any other items you have ordered, along with the quantity of each item.

TO CONTINUE SHOPPING, use the "BACK" button (or the left arrow icon) on your browser.

WHEN FINISHED SHOPPING, click on the "VIEW CART / CHECK OUT" link located on the left side the page or click on the shopping cart icon at the top right.  This will make your Shopping Cart page appear.

IF YOU HAVE AN AD CODE from an advertisement, mailing, or email, type the code into the box to the right of where it says "If you have an ad code # please enter it here:"

TO SEE YOUR TOTAL, click on the RECALCULATE button.

TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, click on the appropriate CHECK OUT button at the bottom.
IMPORTANT:  If this is your first order, please use the "CHECK OUT - This is my first order" button, which will guide you through the registration process.  The "CHECK OUT - I have ordered before" button will prompt you to log in and your order will be processed immediately.

How do I change the quantity of an item?

SELECT THE NUMBER you typed in the "QUANTITY" field (the number you wish to change) and type in a new number.  Then recalculate your total cost using the RECALCULATE button at the bottom of the page.


TO REMOVE AN ITEM from your order (or your shopping cart), type-in a "0" quantity and click on the RECALCULATE button or click on the "REMOVE FROM CART" option below the item, then click RECALCULATE.

How do I pay for the products?

Stoner accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

SELECT THE PAYMENT METHOD by clicking the appropriate button for your credit card.  Fill in your credit card number and select the expiration date from the drop down boxes.  Nothing will be submitted until you click on the "FINALIZE YOUR ORDER" button.


FILL IN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION by selecting the card type, entering the card number, and choosing the expiration date from the pop-up menus.  Remember, this is a secure transaction and your credit card information will be encrypted while in transit.

How do I finalize my order?

ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED SHOPPING, verify that all the items and quantities are correct.  You may enter any comments or special instructions in the boxes provided, as well as a Memo or Reference number, if you prefer.  Then click on the "FINALIZE ORDER" button at the bottom of your SHOPPING CART page.


CLICK ON THE "PROCEED" BIUTTON and your order will be sent.  This click is irreversible!  You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order.


WHAT ABOUT BACK ORDERED ITEMS?  Most Stoner products are in stock and ship the same day, if you order before 5pm ET.  On rare occasions where an item is on back order, it usually ships within 3 business days.  In such occasions, your entire order will be held for any back-ordered items, and will ship complete.  Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until your order ships.

Is on-line credit card ordering safe?

STONER TRANSACTIONS ARE SAFE AND SECURE.  Look for the "lock" icon at the bottom of your shopping cart page.  An "unlocked" lock indicates your transaction is not secure whereas a "locked" lock indicates a secure transaction.  You will notice that the lock is always "locked" during Stoner transactions, which indicates they are secure.
