FAQs About Stoner Rebates

Following is a detailed list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Stoner's Rebate Program.

How do I qualify to receive a rebate?


Simply buy a Stoner car care product at your favorite store, obtain a rebate form from the store where you purchased the product and save your store identified sales receipt.  Rebates are not offered for non-store purchases.

Stoner rebates are offered during limited promotional periods.  Always check the rebate for valid purchase dates and for rebate expirations.

What information do I have to send?


Gather and send the following information to the address which appears on the rebate slip.  Address changes may occur between promotional periods. Information required on your rebate certificate includes:
  1. Original, dated store identified cash register receipt with the price circled (no copies accepted)
  2. Original rebate certificate with your name and complete street address (no mailing labels or PO boxes accepted), the product name and UPC (bar code) number from the product you purchased, the store name, city and state where you purchased the product
  3. OR, include the official rebate postcard or magazine ad , along with a piece of paper, providing the following information:
    • Hand write your name and complete street address (no mailing labels or PO boxes accepted)
    • Hand write the product name and UPC (bar code) number from the product you purchased
    • Hand write the store name, city and state where you purchased the product
    • Remove the Stoner Proof of Purchase label attached to the product cap and tape it anywhere on the other side of the rebate certificate.

Where do I mail my rebate?


Mail all of your rebate information to the address which appears on the rebate slip.  Address changes may occur between promotional periods.

Does the rebate expire?


YES!  Please check your rebate coupon for valid purchase dates, expiration dates, and last postmarked dates.  Unfortunately, we cannot honor, reply, or acknowledge requests for rebates beyond the rebate expiration dates.

What restrictions are there?


  • Rebates are limited to one rebate per household, name and address. Please check your rebate for specific details.
  • Rebate request must be postmarked by date printed on certificate.
  • Offer void where prohibited, licensed, taxed or otherwise restricted by law.
  • Trading, selling, or buying rebate certificates and cash register receipts is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent submissions may result in federal prosecution.
  • Requests from clubs, groups or organizations will not be honored, acknowledged or returned.
  • Stoner is not responsible for lost damaged, misdirected or postage due mail.
  • Duplicate or unqualified requests will not be honored or acknowledged.

How long does it take to get my rebate?


Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for mailing of refund checks.
