  1. How do I buy Stoner products online?

    When you see an item you wish to buy...

    1. CLICK on the photo or underlined text as instructed.
    2. YOUR SHOPPING CART page will appear, where you will see the item has been added to your order.  You will also see any other items you have ordered, along with the quantity of each item.
    3. TO CONTINUE SHOPPING, use the "BACK" button (or the left arrow icon) on your browser.
    4. WHEN FINISHED SHOPPING, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right.  This will make your Shopping Cart page appear.
    5. IF YOU HAVE AN AD CODE from an advertisement, mailing, or email, type the code into the box to the right of where it says "If you have an ad code or a catalog code please enter it here:"
    6. TO SEE YOUR TOTAL, click on the UPDATE/RECALCULATE button.
    7. TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, click on the CONTINUE button at the bottom.
  2. How do I set up an account?

    To set up an online account at and begin using the features included...

    1. Go to
    2. On the Login screen, click REGISTER NOW.
    3. Select if you are purchasing Stoner products for personal use, or for business use.
    4. Enter a valid email address - this will be your Login, and will also be the email to receive order confirmations and other order communication.
    5. Enter a password.
    6. Enter your Name & Address. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Web accounts are for U.S. addresses only.
    7. If your shipping address is the same as billing, click the checkbox. Otherwise, enter your shipping address. We cannot ship web orders to PO boxes or non-U.S. addresses. For international ordering, please call our customer service center at 717-786-7355.
    8. You may enter permanent delivery instructions (optional).
    9. Indicate how you heard about Stoner products.
    10. Click SAVE to continue with Checkout.
  3. How do I change the quantity of an item?

    To change the quantity of an item in your cart...

    1. SELECT THE NUMBER you typed in the "QUANTITY" field (the number you wish to change) and type in a new number. Then recalculate your total cost using the UPDATE/RECALCULATE button at the bottom of the page.
    2. TO REMOVE AN ITEM from your order (or your shopping cart), type-in a "0" quantity and click on the RECALCULATE button or click on the "REMOVE" option below the item, then click UPDATE/RECALCULATE.
  4. How do I pay for the products?

    Stoner accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

    1. SELECT THE PAYMENT METHOD by clicking the appropriate button for your credit card.
    2. Fill in your credit card information.
    3. Nothing will be submitted until you click on the "FINALIZE YOUR ORDER" button.
  5. How do I finalize my order?

    Once you are done shopping...

    1. Verify all information on the Order Review screen. Check shipping address, totals, payment information, and that all the items and quantities are correct. You may enter any comments or special instructions in the boxes provided, as well as a Memo or Reference number, if you prefer.
    2. Click on the "FINALIZE ORDER" button and your order will be sent. This click is irreversible! You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
  6. What if my items are on back order?

    If any items you order are placed on back order...

    • Most Stoner products are in stock and ship the same day if you order before 5pm ET.
    • On rare occasions where an item is on back order, it usually ships within 3 business days.
    • In such occasions, your entire order will be held for any back-ordered items, and will ship complete.
    • Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until your order ships.
